I'm still not sure if I should send a card or not. I want to be supportive but I want to respect their privacy too. Isn't this something personal?
You're absolutely right. Losing a pregnancy and baby are super personal and people deal with it in different ways. Talk to your loved one, take their lead. You can even talk to them about your intentions and see what they say. Ask if it's okay for you to send them a card. From our experiences, families are really touched and grateful for the support.

What if it's an early miscarriage? Is It even a baby yet?
Couples and families who suffer early miscarriages still grieve the future they were expecting with their unborn child. It's a lifetime of birthdays, holidays, graduations and family gatherings they'll never get to share. From the minute parents find out they're pregnant, their minds jump forward to all the hopes and dreams they have for their family and their baby. Pregnancy loss robs them of that. This is what makes even early miscarriages so painful.

Do you do custom commissions?

What’s your Shipping Policy?
We’re still pretty new to the game, so we’re grateful for all your patience as we work through the kinks. Right now we ship via Canada Post Regular LetterMail. If you’d like to request package tracking or urgent delivery, please contact us and we’ll get back to you with a shipping quote. Customs and duty fees vary by country, so you’ll have to pay for that bit if it comes up (but we doubt there will be any -- unless you’re buying a boatload of cards, in which case, thank you!).
Is there a pick-up option for local customers?
Sure! If you are near Pickering, Ontario you can definitely do so. When you check out, please choose “Local Pick Up” as your shipping option. We’ll e-mail you to confirm the pick up date, time and location once your order is good to go.
How about your Return Policy?
All our products are made with a lot of love and we hope you treasure them. We don’t offer refunds but if you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right. Contact us for an exchange within 7 days of your purchase date on your order confirmation slip. Items must be returned with the original confirmation receipt. Return shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Why don’t your cards have a plastic slip?
We have a soft spot for the environment and are doing our best to create less waste. We tried looking into different slips, but our mailers are sturdy! If you take off the glued bits, all our products and packaging are 100% recyclable, and we want to leave the world a better place than we found it. Thanks for helping us do our part!
